PANDAS Training Survey
The PANDAS committee are currently looking at how we could possibly improve the training that we offer. Offering training is one of the key areas to promoting the club and encouraging new members.

PANDAS already offers some of the best training facilities in the area.
Wednesday Afternoons / Evenings
PANDAS has traditionally held a dedicated training day on a Wednesday. Originally this was on a Wednesday evening and over the years has become more of an afternoon event with some of the trainers staying later into the evening if any members had wanted help then.
At times the trainers have stayed at the field until early evening and the members who said they were coming never turned up.
Some of the current regular Wednesday trainers (Allan, Sheila, Terry & Graham) have indicated they are prepared to stay back on a Wednesday evening if the need is there.
Thursday Evenings
We are looking at trying to hold a further shorter training session on a Thursday evening (1800 / 1900 to 2100) during the summer months. The timings would be dependent on when people could get there (especially the trainers).
Before going into the mechanics of how it could work, we need to know if the interest is there and we would have enough trainers available. We would most likely use the club WhatsApp group as the communication mechanism.
We are already providing training on quite a few Saturday and Sunday afternoons too.
If you require help with training or are in a position to help as a trainer, I am asking that members please complete a short online survey (only takes a few seconds) so we can decide what to do.
